I recently underwent an extensive three-month interview process with Codebehind, hoping to secure the role of Project Manager. However, I regret to express my profound disappointment with the overall experience. The initial stages of communication were promising, but the professionalism quickly deteriorated as the process unfolded. Scheduling conflicts were rampant, with repeated rescheduling of interviews and last-minute changes that were highly inconvenient. Moreover, the lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my application was frustrating and unbecoming of a company of this stature. The HR representative i.e. owner of the company (it's not a joke) appeared disorganized and disinterested, showcasing a lack of respect for the candidates' time and efforts. Emails were often ignored or responded to with vague messages that did not address my concerns. In summary, the HRinterview at Codebehind was marred by unprofessionalism, disorganization, and a lack of respect for candidates' time. During the technical interview process for the Project Manager role at, I encountered a level of unpreparedness and lack of competence that was truly disheartening. The interviewers seemed ill-equipped to conduct a meaningful assessment of candidates' skills and qualifications. Basic technical questions were met with confusion, and it was evident that the interviewers lacked a fundamental understanding of the role they were assessing candidates for. Moreover, the questions asked were outdated and irrelevant to the modern demands of the project management field. Furthermore, the interviewers' demeanor was disrespectful and unprofessional. They displayed a dismissive attitude towards candidates' responses and failed to engage in constructive dialogue. It was apparent that the interviewers were not invested in the process and showed little interest in evaluating candidates fairly. Potential applicants should be wary of investing their energy and aspirations in a company that demonstrates such disregard for basic professional courtesy. In my opinion, companies like Codebehind are disgracing Serbian IT industry.
