Dobre stvari:

There is a large IT department in the company, where segregation of duties exists and there are great professionals working here some for more than 10-15 years already. You can learn a lot and there are trainings funded by the bank, also colleagues are open to discuss and mentor when needed. Team is fine and culture is on average level, the company also organizes some events to improve the culture, collaboration, but still there is much to be desired and improved.

Loše stvari:

There can be some unneeded pressure at times, either from the top management, internal departments or from the team itself. Also, the opportunities to grow and be promoted come very slow. Sometimes other colleagues and management probably don't understand the whole back end viewpoint of the projects we have and there might be poor planning to implementation and execution due to this. Also, very high expectations sometimes that put some unreasonable deadlines and poor execution as well. No work from home or hybrid policy, all should be in the office all the time, but there are some exceptions to get out during working hours, come later or leave earlier.

Saveti menadžmentu

Treat all employees equally, do not favor employees based on their background, family or even nationality. There are many hard working people that cannot appear on the surface, due to favors, sponsorship, rumors and fabricated stories about peoples life, background etc. There are also a lot of very experienced and loyal employees, that had a lot of impact over the years in the company, but due to new employees and management changes, they are left behind and mistreated a lot.
