It was very short, about 15 minutes and it was the second interview, first there was an assignment. They ask questions about the expected salary, why you think you are good for the role, past experiences, why Scandiweb, what you expect from them, etc.
First, you must complete three assignments in two weeks, but it takes 3 to 4 days. They have this website that has a lot of bugs and you need to document the bugs split into categories, it's not hard but it does take quite a lot of time. The second assignment is connected to the ERP system they use, you need to do a small research on how it works and do two data-driven scenario exercises. The third is defining a task where you explain the problem, define what is expected, and make diagrams and wireframes of how things should look like and how it all should work. The assignments are very well explained, and they provide research data videos and tutorials. The second interview is with HR and the third is another assignment. The third assignment should assess how well you absorb new information and the capability to convert freshly acquired knowledge into deliverables. There are videos on SSR and CSR and a case study and you need to answer certain questions and then set up a task. The fourth interview is with a project manager and is more with questions about different project management scenarios.
