I understood it as them being condescending at the time of the interview, but they are really just trying to figure out your limits. After the first interview, you get a task sent to you that you have to finish in a week. The task is relatively small but you really need to give out the best solution so if you add attention to detail and try to optimize it as much as possible it amounts to one week of work. Once you send out a solution you have an additional interview where you discuss the task solution so be prepared to explain your work. After that interview you get an email with the decision.

The interview process took too long, they replied a month after I submitted it, and we scheduled the interview. The interview is mostly questions about the solution and the approach you have taken. It is to see how well you know OOP. After that, I was asked to do another task and again I had a week to submit. The contacted me like two weeks after that to have the second interview. The second was mostly about the technology used and how would you solve certain problems and scenarios.

Генерално океј се на интервјуто, изгледаат како заинтересирани и ти кажуваат дека во наредните х дена ќе добиеш одговор ама тој никако да стигне. Loše stvari: HR Intervju Немаше засебно HR интервју туку беше заедно со техничкото. Не ме прашаа колку плата очекувам што е сосема чудно во споредба со останатите ИТ фирми каде секогаш ама баш секогаш прашуваат. Очигледно се со непотизам вработувањата бидејќи на интерјуто лидот што ми поставуваше прашања се натпреваруваше да ми докаже колку ОН знае и како он се ЧУДИ како во други фирми не користиме алатки од тоа што они користат тука. Ми поставуваше прашања ископани од ракав само за да не можам да дадам соодветен одговор. Малце нека си го спушти носот лидот што праи интервју бидејќи оставаат мизерен впечаток за себе а и за копманијата. Дошол од провинција и ќе глуми сезнајко.Tehnički intervju Корисникот нема споделено искуство за техничко интервју.

Dobre stvari: Одличен тим секогаш се стремат да помагаат и доста учиш, брз напредок, многу поголемо дружење за време на работа и надвор, friendly опкружување за работа.
