Dobre stvari: People are great, everybody is willing to help, very surprising atmosphere to me having in mind this is very large company. The life-work balance is very good. If you do your work decently you won't feel this at all during the day. :D Remote work is welcome still entirely but its nice when you to the office, a lot of people, some regular ones.
Loše stvari: Corporation, rigid, slow. Especially when talking about tech stack, if its old its not an easy change and upper management is not willing to dedicate time for engineering initiatives for people to learn something new and for projects to become better.Saveti menadžmentuLocal Serbian office has nice culture and you see management trying their best for to stay like that, but as global corporation, information are barely coming to our office or they come when its too late to even digest them. Try to protect your people, not just yourselves.
