No pros at all
This company operates unprofessionally and shows little regard for its employees. They primarily hire interns, offering very low pay, and keep them for three months before extending a probation period. Everything seems fine until the last day of probation when they unexpectedly terminate employees without explanation or feedback. Management is rude and dismissive, and they consistently cycle through interns—firing them only to post new job listings the next day. I've witnessed employees in distress, and the management's behavior is outright disrespectful.
You should provide employees with feedback—if they have shortcomings, invest in their growth or at least be upfront about your dissatisfaction. Don’t create a false sense of security only to suddenly fire them. Glad I left this company in time. I wouldn’t recommend applying there. If the company does not change its approach, it risks losing all its current employees, and no one will want to work there.
