I applied for one role, but the entire interview focused on my current work experience rather than the skills and experience that were actually relevant to the position. Despite already having the required background for the role, I was barely asked about it. Instead, the interviewer spent the entire hour asking about my current work. The questions were also very vague, often just asking "How would you do this?" without enough context to have a meaningful technical discussion. I left feeling that my qualifications for the position were never properly assessed. Being rejected after an interview that didn't seem aligned with the role made the process feel unprofessional and poorly structured.
