Loše stvari: HR IntervjuThe process began with a standard HR interview, where I was given general information about the role, the team, the company, and the offered benefits.Tehnički intervjuI was informed there would be three rounds of technical interviews. About 3.5 weeks after the initial HR interview, I had the first technical round — a 30-minute phone call covering general Java topics and some software engineering questions. The interviewer was polite, the atmosphere was relaxed, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, the process became frustrating after that. Another 3.5 weeks later, I was contacted to schedule the second round, but the suggested time slots didn’t work for me. I was told they would follow up within a week with alternative options — but I never heard back. In the end, the lack of communication and the long delays between rounds made the entire process feel like a waste of time. Unfortunately, it came across as quite unprofessional.
