Loše stvari: HR Intervju I had a pleasant HR interview. During the interview the lady told me that it was a nice interview and that we can schedule the next Tech interview.Tehnički intervju The first tech interview was with a team lead from one of the teams, probably the best experience in this whole process. The interview was with some logical questions how would i fix and approach some everyday issues (to check the problem solving of the candidate). I passed it then i received a home-task. did it. Scheduled another tech interview with some "guru" from outside of the Skopje offices and the head of development of the Macedonian office. I've never been to a meeting where the interviewers were more rude then this one. Terrible interview and their way of communicating. They were dropping for a few minutes of the interview just because, no explanation. Constantly being rude, reminding you of their titles and that you are not enough to talk to them like a human being. Worst interview. After this in a week or two i received a call to be informed that they went with someone who did better at the previos step. Why do you need to waste so much time? 10 interview rounds for what? are you not cappable to make a decision and hire the right person? are you just cv farming with your open job applications? having the job applications open 365 days for what? looking for an employee with 20 years of experience and mind reader so your egos are not hurt and for a salary of a junior? This just explains that the company is a mess. No way you need 10 interviews for a hire. I would avoid this company at any cost.
