Loše stvari: HR Intervju I was contacted by a recruiter regarding an open position for Software Developer in Test, and I agreed to begin the recruitment process. The process started with an HR interview, where we discussed my background, expectations, and salary requirements. I clearly communicated the compensation level at which I would consider making a move. I was explicitly told that this would not be a problem and was encouraged to continue to the next stages.Tehnički intervju The next step was a technical interview with the QA Team Lead and another QA team member, followed by a take-home task. I received feedback on the assignment relatively quickly (within 2~3 business days), which I appreciated. After successfully completing those steps, I was invited to the final stage, an ABC Evaluation, involving HR, the Head of Software Engineering, and the CTO.
