Loše stvari: HR IntervjuBasic HR questions. I've passed HR round successfully. They told me about company and I told them about my salary expectations.Tehnički intervjuAfter HR interview, there are two technical interviews you need to pass to get hired. I passed first one technical interview and scheduled second one. They called me be before second one interview happened and asked me if I can work for smaller salary(about -25% less money). I said that I need to think about it and call them later to say if I'm okay with it. A few hours later they called again me and told that they chose man with more experience. This isn't professional at all so I recommend you to avoid this company. How is possible to schedule interview and to stop process after successfully passing two rounds of it... I don't understand why we continued interview process if they haven't meet my salary expectations.
Loše stvari: HR IntervjuI was introduced to the company and the clients it works with. I was asked about my expected monthly salary. The strange thing was that the recruiter asked me to tell her more about the projects I had worked on. I explained this in detail in my CV. It seems as if my CV was not read before the meeting. Basically, apart from this situation, the interview went smoothly. What left a disappointing impression was that a few days after the meeting with HR, I received an email informing me that they had decided on another candidate. As they stated in the email, the reason was not the HR interview because the recruiter thought I would be a great fit for their team, but rather insufficient technical knowledge. As they explained in the email, some people from the company looked at the tasks they had given me and assessed that I currently did not have enough technical knowledge for their position. I have never had a technical interview with anyone from this company, nor has anyone from the company set me any technical task.Tehnički intervjuI have never had a technical interview with anyone from this company, nor has anyone from the company set me any technical task.
