Loše stvari: HR IntervjuI was introduced to the company and the clients it works with. I was asked about my expected monthly salary. The strange thing was that the recruiter asked me to tell her more about the projects I had worked on. I explained this in detail in my CV. It seems as if my CV was not read before the meeting. Basically, apart from this situation, the interview went smoothly. What left a disappointing impression was that a few days after the meeting with HR, I received an email informing me that they had decided on another candidate. As they stated in the email, the reason was not the HR interview because the recruiter thought I would be a great fit for their team, but rather insufficient technical knowledge. As they explained in the email, some people from the company looked at the tasks they had given me and assessed that I currently did not have enough technical knowledge for their position.
