Loše stvari: HR Intervju The HR interview was skipped and headed directly to a technical one without prior consent.Tehnički intervju The interview consisted of: 1. Technical introduction 2. Coding task 3. Architectural, Database and AI knowledge Very pleasant people to interview with. Task which was related to logic processing using LINQ in .net and an obsolete Angular version. The execution of this task reminded me of a HISTORIC event when we wrote functions on a piece of paper in order to get a degree, however the task to be tested against is written by a gpt. The amount of experience related to building systems was confirmed by the people as "covering all aspects of working on a system" however not taking into consideration the proven track of record, but the capability to write code WITHOUT access to the internet or AI tooling. Key questions on how they are testing their so called "scalable system" was unknown that gives the outlook of a random company. The whole interview has been recorded without previous remark, and deleted upon request. Although the whole conversation seemed very pleasant, I can say i am VERY lucky to avoid collaborating with this company. A question to ask themselves, are you looking for a person that solves problems, or a person that is good at memorizing things? :)
