This abrupt change was an attempt to minimize their traces, but it failed to make my sense of injustice and rage go away. My termination was covered up by the management with evasive justifications regarding inadequate utilization and market conditions, as if I was exclusively accountable for the company's shortcomings. This answer was not only illogical, but it also demonstrated their poor abilities in leadership and management. Their announcement of no further optimizations in our unit just serves to emphasize how little they actually know about the issues at hand and how little foresight they offer. I strongly advise anyone thinking about joining or working with ⁝IWConnect to exercise cautious. There has been complete lack of openness and a flagrant disrespect for the welfare of the employees, which has ruined my time here. The leadership's actions reveal a great deal about their lack of professionalism and regard for their employees when it comes to dealing with business difficulties. For you the real scourge, referring to middle managerial level or the BUMs (Business Unit Managers) / PUMs (Practice Unit Managers) who are generally legacy-rooted and stationed almost exclusively in the main HQ (flagship) office in Bitola, stop the quasi corporate mindset which is being gaslighted onto your brains and step out of your pseudo comfort nests, because you are also replaceable as anyone else.
