Loše stvari: HR Intervju First of all, I want to say that I know people who had a very positive experience with this company, so your mileage may vary. I applied for a frontend engineer position at Polar Cape and got an HR interview a week later. It was your usual run-of-the-mill interview, the recruiters were cool and friendly—no complaints there. The next step was a technical interview, which was scheduled three weeks after the first one. That also went well, the interviewer was friendly and gave me positive feedback. Again, no complaints. The next day, I had a final interview with a manager of the company. That one went well, too—no complaints. On the same day, one of the recruiters called to inform me that an interview with the client would be scheduled within a week. And this is where things started to get weird. There was no call for the entire week. I called them, and they claimed the client hadn't decided on an interview date. A few days later, they called back. The client was offering three interview slots. I could have my pick, they told me. I chose the first one, two days from then. The next day, I received another call: the client had withdrawn the position. At the time of writing, the position is still open on LinkedIn, their website, and is being promoted. This left me scratching my head. How can the client change their mind within a day? Why is the position still published? In conclusion, I've heard good things about this company; the employees seem to like it, most people applying there have a good experience, and they usually receive timely updates throughout the process. But if you see them stalling, write them off and look elsewhere. Last but not least, here’s my score: +5 for the three interviews -1 for being dropped like a hot potato -1 for the last-minute cancellation -1 for a suspicious excuse and not having the decency to close the process -1 for wasting my time (6 weeks)Tehnički intervju User hasn't shared Technical interview experience.

Najdobrite od testot se povikuvaat na on site interview kade sto se razgleduvaat proekti navedeni vo cv, postavuvaat prasanja za bazi, .net, mrezi itn. Plus se pravi i psihicki i logicki test.

Веднаш по интервјуто ми беше испратена задача за решавање, со најава за feedback од 2-3 недели, поради период на летни одмори.Tehnički intervju Техничкото интервју беше класична OOP задача со неколку барања, дури и лесна за позиција за 2+ години искуство. Успешно решена, со сите барања и испратена во рок. Иако ми беше најавен одговор за дури 2 недели, добив одговор дека сум одбиен по само еден ден, без никакво објаснување зошто, така што ми создаде сомнение дали воопшто била прегледана задачата. На коментарот под овој гледам дека истово му се случило и на некој друг, така што уште повеќе сум убеден дека и јас бев случај на ghost hiring.

Loše stvari: Комуникацијата со менаџментот е непрофесионална и недостигнува основна почит кон вработените. Често се соочуваш со понижувања и нефер третман, што создава токсична атмосфера. Твојот труд нема да биде препознаен или пофален, што дополнително ја намалува мотивацијата.Saveti menadžmentu Да се вложи во обуки за комуникација на работно место. Се имаат сменето многу вработени и со тоа се докажува дека не е проблемот во вработените туку во менаџментот!

Loše stvari: HR Intervju No HR interview.Tehnički intervju In the technical interview get ready to be grilled about everything you mention (so don't say you know something if you really do not). I understood it as them being condescending at the time of the interview, but they are really just trying to figure out your limits. After the first interview, you get a task sent to you that you have to finish in a week. The task is relatively small but you really need to give out the best solution so if you add attention to detail and try to optimize it as much as possible it amounts to one week of work. Once you send out a solution you have an additional interview where you discuss the task solution so be prepared to explain your work. After that interview you get an email with the decision.
