Loše stvari: HR Intervju First of all, I want to say that I know people who had a very positive experience with this company, so your mileage may vary. I applied for a frontend engineer position at Polar Cape and got an HR interview a week later. It was your usual run-of-the-mill interview, the recruiters were cool and friendly—no complaints there. The next step was a technical interview, which was scheduled three weeks after the first one. That also went well, the interviewer was friendly and gave me positive feedback. Again, no complaints. The next day, I had a final interview with a manager of the company. That one went well, too—no complaints. On the same day, one of the recruiters called to inform me that an interview with the client would be scheduled within a week. And this is where things started to get weird. There was no call for the entire week. I called them, and they claimed the client hadn't decided on an interview date. A few days later, they called back. The client was offering three interview slots. I could have my pick, they told me. I chose the first one, two days from then. The next day, I received another call: the client had withdrawn the position. At the time of writing, the position is still open on LinkedIn, their website, and is being promoted. This left me scratching my head.
How can the client change their mind within a day?
Why is the position still published? In conclusion, I've heard good things about this company; the employees seem to like it, most people applying there have a good experience, and they usually receive timely updates throughout the process. But if you see them stalling, write them off and look elsewhere. Last but not least, here’s my score:
 +5 for the three interviews
 -1 for being dropped like a hot potato
 -1 for the last-minute cancellation
 -1 for a suspicious excuse and not having the decency to close the process

Dobre stvari: Компанијата има позитивна и поддржувачка култура. Уште од самиот онбординг се осети колку многу се грижат за своите вработени. Раководството во Скопје активно работи на решавање на сите предизвици и проблеми што се појавуваат. Дополнително, компанијата нуди бенефити за вработените, како на пример еден куп настани, доручек и ручек припремен во канцелариите од готвач, теретана во самите канцеларии.. и тн. Имаат и одличен community manager, која секогаш е тука за да ги поврзи луѓето и да го подобри работното искуство. Исто така има многу голема подршка од колегите и помагање едни на други во секоја ситуација.

Me pobaraa od HR da mi dadat info deka ima potreba od QA i deka za taa pozicija ke dobijam moznost za tehnicko intervju so klientot, najdocna za edna nedela ( a moze i pobrzo). Dobiv samo email deka ne sum odbrana. Situacija 2. 1 mesec podocna, bidejki moeto CV go imale vo databaza, mi se javuvaat da prasaat dali seuste sum za, im se otvorila pozicija nova. Prifativ i mi rekoa deka ke dobijam info za intervju za edna nedela. Povtorno dobiv email samo deka sum odbiena. Zemajki gi vo predvid pogore opishanite scenarija, moj sovet i preporaka e prvo da se isprati cv na liceto koe ke go pravi tehnickoto intervju a potoa da me kontaktiraat za pozicijata. Vaka nepotreno se javuvaat i go gubat i na kandidatite vremeto a i svoetoTehnički intervju Корисникот нема споделено искуство за техничко интервју.

Loše stvari: HR Intervju Стандардните 5-6 HR прашања. Ништо посебно.Tehnički intervju Во старт се осеќаше негативна вибрација од нивна страна, како да одлучиле веќе дека нема да влезеш. Цело интервју беше како да пробуваат да те зезнат, им раскажуваш за проект, они ќе те потпрашаат нешто најопшто, со нивно очекување да одговориш нешто многу конкретно, иако прашањето не е директно поврзано со одговорот. Откако ќе те насочат ќе искочи дека знаеш, ама они веќе се смешкаат со подбивање. Многу често ме прекинуваа, особено се изнервирав кога комплексен проект на кој сум работела ме исекоа во збор за да прашаат они како што сфатиле, им одговорив дека не е тоа проектот, и не ме оставија да им го дообјаснам па продолжија со други прашања. Исто така ми нафрлија дека нема сите проекти да се интересни и дека најверојатно нема data science само да работам, ама да не се секирам, во склоп на дата ќе било, немало Андроид да ми дадат (тука хистерично се изнасмеаа). Искрено чувството беше како воопшто и да не бараат човек на позицијава туку како да пополнуваат време со интервјуа. Огласот им стои со месеци, милион апликанти има и не нашле никој. Ова е секако моја претпоставка, но внимателно со дечкиве.

Loše stvari: HR Intervju The first interview was very pleasant and professional, the HR representative talked more about the business, the position and we discussed the desired salary. The next stage was a test that was sent to my email which covered the following aspects: - Personality profiling (around 200 questions) - IQ test challenges (around 10 complex challenges) - Performance test (as much as you can click in limited time) The test itself took a lot of time (around 3 hours without break) and after that I got offered a technical interview.Tehnički intervju In the technical interview, the interviewers were really positive and they just discussed some general technical questions related to my experience that can match the requirements. I didn't get any negative feedback, all went great..after that, I waited one week for a reply to get the offer. I asked the company if there are any updates, and late in the day I got mail that declines me, because they found a person that is better fit for their projects. (They wasted my one month time, then declined me, without giving me a negative feedback of what needs to be improved).
